Unlike many web applications, Lyfetime.io is designed with privacy-first principles:

  • No account required: You don't need to create an account or provide any personal information to use our service.
  • No financial data transmission: Your financial plans, income details, assets, and projections are never sent to our servers.
  • No tracking or analytics: We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking tools.
  • No cookies for tracking: We don't use cookies to track your behavior across websites.

Local Storage

Lyfetime.io uses your browser's local storage to save your financial plans. This means:

  • Data stays on your device: All your financial information is stored locally in your web browser.
  • You control your data: You can delete your data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or using the delete function within the app.
  • No cloud sync: Your data is not synchronized across devices unless you manually export and import it.
  • Browser-specific: Your plans are only accessible from the same browser on the same device where you created them.

Note: Because data is stored locally, clearing your browser data or using private/incognito mode will result in loss of your saved plans. Consider exporting important plans regularly.

Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services:

  • Google Fonts: We load the Inter font from Google Fonts to display text on the website. Google may collect anonymous usage data as described in their Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting provider: Our website is served through standard web hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, access times) as part of normal operations.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect or store your personal data on our servers, traditional data rights (access, deletion, portability) are managed directly by you through your browser. You can:

  • View all your data within the application
  • Delete individual plans or all data through the app interface
  • Clear all Lyfetime data by clearing your browser's local storage
  • Export your plans for backup or transfer (coming soon)

Children's Privacy

Lyfetime.io is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.
